Fungi Ecosystem

The illustration shows 6 major life styles of the fungi. From those that live in association with plants and trees to help them grow (e.g. mycorrhiza) to those that degrade dead plant biomass (e.g. deadwood).

The illustration is the central image on a touch screen in the Naturmuseum Königsbrunn, where people can click on each section to access more detailed information.
